Epoch Counseling Center is a comprehensive outpatient treatment program for people whose lives have been adversely affected by alcohol and other drugs.  We provide a variety of drug-free therapeutic, preventive and educational services to children, teenagers, adults and their families.

Specific groups are offered for women, men, young adults (18-25), adolescents, and clients with co-occurring disorders.

Any adult or teenager who is abusing alcohol and/or other drugs or at risk is eligible for our services.  Support is also available for parents and other family members to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to cope with the substance abusing person.

Free confidential support groups for family members are offered as follows:

Epoch, Catonsville, Thursdays 7:30-9:00 p.m. Epoch, Dundalk, Thursdays 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Epoch Counseling Center has been providing counseling services to the community for more than 36 years at four offices in Baltimore County.  Services are offered on a sliding fee scale that is based on client income.  Epoch Counseling Center will work with clients who may have difficulty or inability to pay for services.  Third-party (health insurance) payments are accepted.  Each office is staffed by competent, well-trained, certified professionals.
