Galina Inzhakova, M.P.H., is
the Project Director on two bio-behavioral studies that focus on
the safety and feasibility of combining Contingency Management
(CM) with Post-exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) to prevent
seroconversion and reduce methamphetamine use among men who have
sex with men and she is the Site Coordinator for two research
studies in the Network for AIDS Research in Los Angeles (NARLA)
located at the Friends Community Center. Ms. Inzhakova earned
her Masters of Public Health, with a specialization in
Epidemiology, from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Galina has worked in HIV Research since 2005. Prior to joining
the FCC team, she gained research experience from working at the
County of Los Angeles on the HIV/AIDS Care Assessment Project
funded by the Ryan White Care Act. Her research interests
include HIV/AIDS, specifically high-risk behaviors, as well as
other sexually transmitted infections. |
